HYDRATION SOLUTION 

The main electrolyte in KODA Electrolyte Powder is sodium as this is the key and most abundant electrolyte lost in sweat.​

The focus of any workplace hydration strategy should be to replace the two most important components of sweat loss.

That is water and sodium.

KODA Electrolyte Powder contains 430 mg of sodium in each stick pack. While this does not replace all of the sodium that is lost in sweat, the key to a sound hydration strategy is to minimise the percentage of loss.

Potassium and magnesium are present in the formulation but in amounts based on the electrolyte composition of sweat.

SUGAR 

FREE

Why no sugar? Hydration is replacing what is lost in sweat, which is water and electrolytes (mostly sodium).

 

There is no sugar in sweat.

 

Workers have adequate meal breaks to address their energy requirements during work hours.

Eliminating sugar consumption should be top priority for any workplace.

There is no need for sugar in hydration, especially highly processed crystalline form sugar.
